Now the window does not even pop up and it directly says in chat that I do not meet the requirements! |

ok, now I have put both of the weapons in my bag and now it worked. So one of the two weapons is obviously bugged and cannot be turned in! skinflayer.png (229,811 bytes) |

I was able to trade in Both Bloodlord knifes and skinflayers, is this still an issue? |

No, it is still not working for that specific Skinflayer. See screenshot. If I select the Soul that needs the Skinflayer to be tuned in I get the message that I do not meet the requirements. Skinflayer is in my backpack. |
