Summary	0024196: Bloodlord Skinflayer cannot be exchanged for Bloodlorg Soul at merchant
Description	I have the Bloodlord Skinflayer in my backpack. I am at the Quatermaster Blurmp in IC. I select the Bloodlord Soul that trades for the Skinplayer. The window pops up with the warning that this cannot be undone. I check the box but the buy button does not activate. See screenshot. I can equip Vanquisher gear, so this is not the problem.
