Description	https://bugs.returnofreckoning.com/view.php?id=24105 this should be reopened but I'm not the OP so I'm remaking the ticket
Steps To Reproduce	Have a DOK in your party use CoT and see if you can proc it or see it

Zumos 2025-04-14 18:32 developer ~0046475	Live server was rolled back to ability DB before this fix. On next patch it should work again.
