Summary	0024241: The Fulcrum quest tome friendly
Description	During the Fulcrum quest step of 'destroy the ravenwood tome' the tome is friendly and can't be attacked even though the previous step is completed. Tried several times by abandoning quest and taking it up again, the result is the same every time
