Summary	0024279: Guild master inactivity isn't causing a switch in leadership
Description	Guild leader has been inactive for nearly 48 days, in the past, 30 days was when leadership would switch over, if thats not the case disregard ticket, others in game told me 30 days was still the case and to pursue this course of action.
Steps To Reproduce	Have guild lead not log in for 30+ days
