Summary	0024299: craftmaster npc in Empire ch 2 disappeared
Description	The craftmaster npc (the one that gives you the quest that sends you to the crafting trainers on the side of the road on the way to chapter 2) seems to have disappeared in Empire. The ones in the other areas (dwarf, dark elf, etc.) are still there.
