Summary0024308: tactic "Pass it On"
Descriptiontested with "/buffhead cache" to have the ID of the tactic "Padss it on" and report it ion Enemy Unit Frame.
The tatic sloted and tested on character around... nothing happen... on buffhead cache and on character around my target.
Nothing in combat log givin additional heal like the tactic say.
Not tested in group* only as solo

The healing is a component on Shrug It Off, so it will be called that way in the combat log.
