Summary	0024329: Ranked cloaks not being awarded at the end of season
Description	Season 10 has ended (pre-season 11 started) and the top 3 players for each class in solo/group can not claim their reward. In this case, warrior priest, agnar and isukhan can not get the imperial griffon cloak despite being joint first in group ranked mode. the information text in game claims; '' does not meet the requirement of top 1-3. ''
