Summary	0024338: [WH] Sudden Accusation no longer damaging NPCs
Description	Sudden Accusation used to damage NPCs even while they were not moving, making it a great PvE Ability for damage. This is no longer the case, so I am wondering... : - Was it a bug, or is it a bug now? Or was it an intended PvE Nerf for Witch Hunters?
Steps To Reproduce	- Go invisible - Use Sudden Accusation - It used to damage PvE Mobs even while they were standing still

R1CH 2025-05-22 18:59 developer ~0046772	It was a bug, only NPCs that are actually moving will take damage now. It wasn't targeted at WH in general but any movement based abilities, the Shaman M1 was also being abused in this way and doing considerably more damage.
