Summary	0024351: [WP] Benediction - Martyr's Blessing - Heal bonus application error (gives 8.75% not 35%)
Description	The heal bonus of Benediction does not apply to all ticks of Martyr's Blessing, ONLY the first. This is not the case for all other HoTs. And leads to a 0.25*35% = 8.75% heal bonus instead of the intended 35%.
Steps To Reproduce	Cast Martyr's Blessing, note heal amount. Cast Benediction + Martyr's Blessing, note only first tick is increased.

Zumos 2025-07-30 10:09 developer ~0047105	This how channels work. Martyr's Blessing is not a HoT, it is direct healing. Another example: if you use Gut Ripper into Convulsive Slashing only the first hit of the channel would critically hit.
