Description	I have gone back to kill Doctor Edd. I have returned to speak to Reinhardt Nachtblum. but he does not give the continuation of the quest. The Symbol does not work and I have no holy water. What do you want me to do

It sounds like you abandoned the quest at some point and tried to restart it by going back to the first npc, which may not work depending the stage you were on when you abandoned it.
