Hello, first of all, I spent around 200/300 gold on materials for an event ring that turns out to be level 31, and it's useless to me... since I just read that I can't transform it into the level 40 annulus even though they have the exact same name, "Gold Ruby Signet," and if you look at the coin to exchange the annulus, it's called that and the icon is the same.
I don't know if you can do anything about that, but when I try to auction it off to try and recover even a little of the hard-earned gold in this game, I get the error "An unknown error was encountered with the auction house."
However, if you search for "Signet," there are other types of level 31 rings for sale, so the error seems to be with this specific ring, which can't be auctioned off despite not being bound. |
