DescriptionHello,

I have an old “Brutal Ring of the Horned Rat” and wanted to change its talisman.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to change the talisman due to a bug.

 What's the problem exactly? Your screenshot shows an existing talisman in the item. Put a new talisman on top of the existing one to replace it.

Also note the item's requirement level - you cannot use a +24 talisman for example as the talisman's requirement level cannot exceed the item's level.
