Summary	0024729: AM's Boon of Hysh
Description	After the latest patch, the Archmage's Boon of Hysh skill is broken. With 5 Tranquility points, the cast time is not reduced by 50%, but, on the contrary, it returns to the original 2 seconds. At the same time, the skill works correctly with 1-4 Tranquility points.

Also the Scaling to the additional damage buff stays 112 - which seems odd considering the same ability be it lvl 25- or lvl 42 gives the same value.
