Also the Scaling to the additional damage buff stays 112 - which seems odd considering the same ability be it lvl 25- or lvl 42 gives the same value. |

Same report, but think its a ui bug. The spell goes off at the 1s mark and you gain the buff, but the animation lasts for 2s |

Will be fixed next patch (currently the client doesn't understand the cast time reduction, but the server does) |
