Summary	0024743: Warped Flesh tactic seems to be bugged.
Description	Warped Flesh chaos tactic seems to be bugged- per description, it should have a 25% chance to provide absorb on being attacked. Testing it on IC construct which does no dmg to my chosen, being attacked for several minutes it didn't popped once, so it actually seems to only go off on taking dmg and not on being attacked. Testing on regular 40 mob which does dmg, it still goes off rarely- way less then 25% of attacks/ once per 3 sec.
Steps To Reproduce	Equip Warped Flesh tactic, have something hitting you, watch if tactic pops.
