Summary	0024791: Black Vested Powder Monkey companion missing item tooltip
Description	As title states the tooltip of the item is blank. Typically the pets will have an on use and flavor text something like "Use: Calls upon a Black Vested Powder Monkey to accompany you on your plundering. Who gives a monkey a knife anyways?!". It also gives a weird 10 second buff when you summon it. I've attached 2 images to help better describe the "bugs".
