Summary0024872: Bleeding Edge boosts armor penetration for the frenzy that triggers it
DescriptionThe WE tactic "Bleeding Edge" says "Your Armor Penetration is increased by 25% for 3 seconds after successful use of your Frenzies.". However it seems the bonus armor penetration is applied before the frenzy hits, not after, allowing the frenzy that triggers it to benefit from the bonus armor penetration. Combined with elixir's 50%, this allows a 5-frenzy finisher to reach 100% armor penetration.

As most WE finishers hit multiple times, Bleeding Edge should probably trigger after a delay so the 2nd hit doesn't also benefit from it.
Additional InformationScreenshot attached showing me being hit by OYK's AOE which bypassed my 2.8k armor with no other debuffs on me.
