Summary	0024873: Elixir of Insane Power armor penetration stacks with other sources of armor penetration
Description	Elixir of Insane Power combined with Bleeding Edge allows a WE to reach 75% bonus armor penetration (see 0024872). As Elixir is an ability buff, it should probably follow normal stacking rules and not stack with other sources of armor penetration.
