Summary0024926: Engi - Expert Skirmisher - Tactic dont work as intended
DescriptionEngi Tactic "Expert Skirmisher" , dont reduce the cast time, when u in 20ft. with ur target.
Tested with - Crack Shot, Phosphor Shell, Fokused Fire, Gun Blast, Flashbang Grenade ... all cast time are not reduced when target is in 20ft. range
The only abillity that worked was Fire Bomb the cast time was from 1s to 0.5s
Steps To ReproduceSlot tactic get 20ft with mob and see that ur cast time are not reduced

cannot reproduce the tooltip will update when you get with in 20ft you cant just hover over the tooltip as it will not update in real time .. ie you have to stop hovering over it and hover over it again under the 20ft but all abilities that should be affected by expert skirmisher are ... obviously phosphor shell you would not want affected as it is a channel you want to cast for the duration
