| Description | Engi Tactic "Expert Skirmisher" , dont reduce the cast time, when u in 20ft. with ur target. Tested with - Crack Shot, Phosphor Shell, Fokused Fire, Gun Blast, Flashbang Grenade ... all cast time are not reduced when target is in 20ft. range The only abillity that worked was Fire Bomb the cast time was from 1s to 0.5s | ||||
