Summary	0024930: rune of power dot doesn't work correctly
Description	Hello, the ability granted by the Rune Priest's Power Rune is supposed to deal 2145 damage over 5 seconds on my Rune Priest, but after testing it only deals 565 damage over 5 seconds. This is a huge error.
