| Description | For any loot other than trash, i am not getting the window to popup so i can click need or greed for any item category.
I am having this happen on all my characters. I have disabled all my mods and done several /rel

| Steps To Reproduce | During a PQ for example, I can see in the chat log that the group looted something and they selected need or greed, however the popup never comes up for me.
The lotto takes a while and im guessing it just auto cancels for me and the other group member wins it. |
