| Description | The damage over time part of the Widespread demolition tactic does not apply unless you have an offensive target that is ailing, however, if you have an offensive target that is ailing it will allways apply regardless of if the target is ailing or not. |

| Steps To Reproduce | Use wave of mutilation on targets, attack with demolition with the widespread demolition tactic. then click a target that is ailing and attack again. now keep that target and move on to targets that are not ailing and attack them to see the dot apply |
