Summary	0024978: Ability and tactic not stacking.
Description	Pierce armor and swift movements do not stack. Since a previous patch, these are supposed to stack. The weapon skills do not. It reverts back to the old way of taking the higher of the two.
Steps To Reproduce	Tested repeatedly on construction and orvr.

Zumos 2025-12-21 10:46 developer ~0047728	Swift Movements enhances an ability and therefor counts as an ability and thus doesn't stack with Pierce Armor.
