Summary	0024994: City Solo Bug, not able to receive loot
Description	Joined the city today (12/25) and am unable to receive loot from kills. The system provided me with the following message: Because you are choosing to play solo, you received no XP, Renown or drops from this player. I am in a party, in the city instance. When looking at the parties it shows a blank available space in party 3 where I should be. Please see attached screenshots Thank you,
