| Description | When attempting to fuse a talisman to my shoulders, the chat message "Something went wrong 3" was repeatedly shown. The shoulders are now missing from my bags but the talisman is still there. |

| Steps To Reproduce | The shoulders were one of the purple quest rewards for Choppa from Mobash's Place. I don't have the item name or quest that rewarded it, but it was the one with an effect for a 10% chance on hit to get 6% melee crit chance. The talisman used was "Lesser Talisman of the Gladiator" |
