Summary	0025032: AP Pocket item in Empire T1 not clickable
Description	I have waited several minutes in case it's on cooldown because someone clicked it before, but the dead wolf in Norsca 56/30 is not cklickable.
Steps To Reproduce	Reloaded UI, waited several minutes, in case of cooldown, relogged, nothing workd.
