Summary	0025068: Not Flying Pic Mount is not walking at 35% in T1
Description	On my Choppamalin character in T1 (level 12 right now), I bought this (Not) Flying Pig (ID: 462002) but it walks slower than the default horse (ID:186850).
Steps To Reproduce	Buy it and mount it in T1 ORVR & Scenarios

Rubius 2026-01-10 12:18 developer ~0047814	All the 60% Mounts should have a level 16 requirement - good catch on this! We've updated the (Not) Flying Pig and the 7-day version of the same to require level 16, as all the others do. Once you're in T2 or above (level 16+) and use this mount, it should give you the full 60% speed boost. Thank you for the ticket!
