| Description | as title describes, the antirez of both WH and WE can be refreshed allowing for permanence of the debuff with ease. in the past you could not refresh the debuff on a target - casting the ability before the debuff expired would consume the cooldown while not refreshing. i believe this is the intended functionality. requesting either fix or confirmation if this is a newly intended mechanic as it is a balance issue in both cases. | ||||
