Summary	0025240: Prayer of devotion internal CD not working
Description	Hi! The prayer of devotion is activating without no CD, but the skill says it have a 2s iCD As you can see on the picture, i have 3 ticks on 3 seconds. I think it only happens with Divine Assault, but i'm not sure.
