| Description | Rune priest ability rune of conduit is a direct heal. (It can proc everything what is proccing on directheal, it works well)
With rune of wrath and ruin it will be a direct aoe dmg. Or should be.
It scales with intelligence.
But it wont works with efficient runecarving.
It also cannot crit.

Put efficient runecarving.
Dmg anything.
Zero heal happening.
It should be 50% for the dmg dealt. |

So it should work with efficient runecarving. |
