| Description | IB (Ironbreaker) parry buff (Oathbound) won't stack with avoidance procs such as Earthshatter, Vanq proc etc. Abilities as a rule stack with procs. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Get gear with avoidance proc (def. sov, bloodlord, vanq, triumphant or Earthshatter 2hander weapon) have parry buff mastery taken measure your parry get hit by training construct until you have the proc cast parry buff measure your parry you will see you only have +20% parry buff with no addition from the proc. | ||||
