Summary	0025288: Skullstaff of the Dead Appearance bugged
Description	The staff is bugged in its facing when on foot, needs a 180 degree turn, its also facing in the wrong direction while mounted, way too deep into the character, the staff also need a 90 degree shift while mounted. https://killboard.returnofreckoning.com/item/129838672 ID = 10459 nothing game breaking but it's annoying :)
Steps To Reproduce	1. equipping the staff (optional) 2. getting mounted
