Summary	0025300: Ballistic fragment
Description	So i was gonna craft up couple of ballistic talismans for a buddy and went to buy with the pve tokens, but apparantly the vendor only sells 150 skill main ingredients for ballistic skill, looked like all the others had all the level ranges but ballistic skill ones was all at the same cost, and all 150 skill req. Attached image.
