Summary	0025393: Receptive VII proc rate seems way lower than 10%
Description	Tested with Grace WP spec, taking into account heals from divine strike (life tap+direct heal -> 36+36 heals), charged fury (36 heals), prayer of devotion procs (6 heals) and healing hand ticks (5 heals). All those heal events combined provoked 1 Receptive VII proc.
Steps To Reproduce	get healed, monitor procs
Additional Information	with the proc only mentionen 'when getting healed' I assume all kind of heal events (direct, HOTs, life taps) in combat log account to that and enable procs.

fatelvis 2026-04-22 15:22 reporter ~0048292	Thanks for the initial input. The proc text could be more detailed then. Are charged fury and prayer of devotion heals considered direct heals? Would be 78 direct heal events then, with around +-7 procs having a 10% chance.
