Summary	0025437: Bloodlord Staff Proc
Description	"- Bloodlord has been changed from a 10% armor/toughness bane to a flat 180 armor and 30 toughness bane. " It actully reduces my toughness by 63 (around 50%) and my armor by 180 ( so around 10%)
Steps To Reproduce	Equip and unequip the satff with Bloolord Proc on BW
