| Description | Before today's patch, the tactic had an error with the internal cooldown and would proc far less than intended, after the patch it will not proc at all rendering the most powerful greenskin tactic completely useless. |

| Steps To Reproduce | Equipped Run Away tactic, walked into rvr zone and swapped tactic loadouts a few times to ensure correct tactics are loaded, pulled several npcs and had no procs in over 5 minutes of being attacked. Tried with different npcs to account for snares or other issues. |
