| Description | While testing the "Flame's Kiss" tactic for undefendable attacks in IC on the "Training Construct" I noticed an significant damage difference on "Flickering Red Fire" if the tactic is sloted. The dummy seems to get an huge bonus for mitigation if the tactic "Flame's Kiss" is sloted. It also seems to work the same way against players. After some Testing I might think it has to do something with the targets toughness, as if there is an hidden multiplier for your targets toughness if you slot the tactic. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Just slot/deslot the tactic "Flame's Kiss" numbers on midigation will change dramatically. | ||||
| Additional Information | On the player test screenshot the first 3 hits are with "Flame's Kiss" sloted, the following 3 without. The target didn't change any gear/abilitys/tactics. After the screenshot we tried some resistance/toughness change on the gear/auras and we got the feeling that toughness has a way bigger impact. | ||||
