Level 37 Enervating +4 morale version.
My previous report was closed with the explanation that the weapon exists, but I just wasn’t lucky enough—and neither were others—to get it to drop.
That’s not true. This weapon isn’t in the game.
It has never dropped from the relevant mobs, even though I’ve obtained over a dozen of the same type for IB/SM/Ch/BG/BO at the same time.
It’s not on the AH. No one has ever listed it.
