Summary	0025631: If you wait out the full sc timer+auto join timer it bugs out
Description	If you wait out all timers until it auto joins the sc you get ported into the sc with the quitter debuff, no groups and the objectives grayed out. you can run around and fight but not join groups, not flip objectives, can't exit as it says No active scenario.
Steps To Reproduce	Join sc queue. After pop wait the full timer and add a minute and wait that full timer until it auto joins. Not in combat.
