Summary	0025638: PTS - BW - Fueled from Within TAC - Not procing extra DMG
Description	The TAC Fueled from Within that procs off Flame of Rhuin with an extra DMG buff is not applying the extra DMG, it still only gives out the same DMG as baseline Flames of Rhuin.
Steps To Reproduce	1) Slot TAC - Fueled from Within 2) Cast Flames of Rhuin (check it applied) 3) Do a full dmg rotation on conduit ensuring you proc Flames of Rhuin 4) Check combat log for Flames of Ruin - only shows 189 max dmg instead of 262

Teefz 2026-07-30 21:42 reporter ~0048600	It works fine. Constructs have resist, therefore the lower dmg, since they have mitigation. Check the damage on a dummy and not a construct.
