Summary0025672: Name Change Token cannot rename an existing character to a name that is available during new character creation
DescriptionI am trying to use a Name Change Token to rename an existing character to "Grit".

The game reports that the name is unavailable:
"The name you have selected is currently unavailable. Please try again."

However, the exact same name can be used successfully when creating a brand-new character.

This suggests there may be an inconsistency between the name validation used for Name Change Tokens and the validation used during character creation.
Steps To Reproduce1. Obtain a Name Change Token.
2. Attempt to rename an existing character to "Grit".
3. Observe that the game reports the name is unavailable.
4. Go to Character Creation.
5. Create a new character using the exact same name ("Grit").
6. Observe that the name is accepted.
Additional Information1. The issue occurs consistently.
2. I have an available Name Change Token.
3. The token is not consumed because the rename never succeeds.
4. The name "Grit" is accepted during new character creation but rejected only during character renaming.
5. This appears to be a bug with the name validation process rather than the name itself.
