What character did this occur on? Were both talis slotted at the same time, or 1 by 1? |

Its my BW : Khol And yes that was the thing: both at the same time. I had my staff +24 intell +24 HP I went to replace them by +25s 1st was the intell, then i picked up the HP one from inventory (while staff window still opened with the +25 intell ready to be fused) i droped the +25 HP in the 2nd slot but before clicking fuse i clicked my inventory again (like i tried to say: hoping maybe the old talisman could be retrieve) Then i fused it the whole thing, i saw both +25 rdy in the slot at this time. only 1 slot took it after fusion. I hoped it would be the visual bug, like when you equip a talis without fusing it : you dont see the talisman in inventory no more. Either you place another one in the slot, either you relog to see the unfused back in inventory So i relog, nothing changed. Thx for caring :) |

Try placing any random talisman in Slot 2, but do not fuse - close the window and relog. |

i believe i did that before reloggin', because i know the trick to force a talis back to the bag. Pretty sure i did. And then i crafted a new Pure +25 and equipped it in this 2nd slot. I have now my staff with x2 25pure. But the game still ate 1 ! |
