| Description | "For the Hag Queen!" tactic, that is supposed to proc on frenzies with 4 sec knockdown, doesn't work on Witchbrew. For example Ruthless Assault has a chance to knock a target on any channel tick, 10% per point spent. I think the Witchbrew used to proc the KD effect on any tick as well before, but not anymore. |
