It’s working as intended. It would be very overpowered if it worked with Witchbrew. Witchbrew has never worked with FTHQ either. |

It would not be too overpowered, it's a utility tactic that replaces one of damage bonus tactics, while you result in getting extra burst damage from removing KD from your rotation. Also it's a bit of a casino gamble, because before KD procs enemy can be fast enough to detaunt sometimes. And 3rd - you need to have 5 stacks every time to have the max KD chance, in fight often you have to go with less of them. I think if it would work - it would be a good optional spec, not too OP, not mandatory, but strong. And it's a frenzy, and tactic says it works with frenzies, not making exceptions in a description. |
