Summary	0025700: Accuracy 7 weapon proc does not stack with tracer rounds tactic
Description	I think I have found a bug. Not sure though. The proc from the new ranged weapon on enginier which is called accuracy 7 and gives 3% crit chance doesn't stack with tracer rounds tactic. Which makes the weapon 100% useless. I have thought that tactics don't stuck with other tactics. But in this case that's weapon proc AND tactic Would like to get a comment on it
Steps To Reproduce	Use tracer rounds tactic Proc the accuracy 7 (hit a dummy) Check crit chance with and without the proc
