Not a bug. Procs (which are abilities) don't stack with similar abilities. Highest value wins. |

Why do masterful aim (tactic) And e.g. buff from RP for ballistics (ability) stack, and tracer rounds (tactic) don't stack with the weapon proc buff (ability)? |

Update: I have extra tested: Tracer aim doesn't stack with new m1 either (+10% crit does not apply here either). |

Furthermore: tracer rounds don't stack with the triumphant proc anymore either. Always did. |

Engineer: Tracer Rounds: No longer stacking with other tactics. So it is a tactic and should stack with abilities, right? |
