| Description | I’m reporting a serious issue with my account following the latest server restart. I have lost all of the progression I made yesterday on several characters on my account. This includes the progress, items, levels/renown, and other changes that were made during yesterday’s session. Everything was working normally when I logged out yesterday. After the server restart, when I logged back in, my characters had reverted to an earlier state, as if yesterday’s progression had not been saved. Since this affects multiple characters on the same account, I believe this may be related to a server-side save/rollback issue rather than a problem with my client. Could you please check the server logs/database for my account and see if yesterday’s progression can be restored? | ||||
