Summary	0025718: achievement vanishing upon logging out of the game and title not activable
Description	Hello. On two characters I unlocked the "stone cave" achievement, which gives the "The Rock" title. Both title and achievement were shown in the "New Entries" page of the Tome of Knowledge, but the title was nowhere to be found in the "titles" tab of the rewards page. Then I quit the game, hoping that restarting it will register it, but instead both title and achievement have disappeared completely, on both characters. And if I go back again in the Sulfur Cave to re-trigger the achievement, nothing happens at all.
Steps To Reproduce	1 - Go into the "Sulfur Cave" NW of Black Crag. 2 - unlock the "Stone Cave" achievement and "The Rock" title by going about 20-30 feet into the cave. 3 - in "New Entries", click on the title to open it in the "exploration" tab of the Titles section : the title is not there to be activated. 4 - Quit the game and restart it : both achievement and title have vanished from the Tome of Knowledge. 5 - Go back into the Sulfur cave to trigger the unlock again : nothing happens
