| Description | The Sun's Blessing tactic reduces the cooldown of Shield of the Sun and Perseverance by half. When using CD reducing items (such as Bucolic Beef Pie) the benefit of the time reduction is also cut in half. Expected behavior: use tactics to reduce the CD on those abilities to 15s, use the pie/pot to reduce cd to 14s. Actual behavior: CD is reduced to 14.5s instead | ||||
